1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using GrayCalc (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

GrayCalc is an online calculator that allows users to create, store, and share calculation sheets powered by a computer-algebra system. The Service is provided for informational purposes only. Calculations generated by the Service may contain errors and should never be relied upon without independent verification.

3. No Professional Advice

All results, data, and content provided by the Service are supplied "as is". They are not intended to constitute engineering, financial, accounting, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any results before using them in a professional, educational, or personal context.

4. User Conduct

You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You will not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
You retain ownership of the content you upload, but you grant the Service a non-exclusive license to store and process that content for the purpose of providing the Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF DATA OR RESULTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE CREATOR OF GRAYCALC OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED TEN U.S. DOLLARS (US$10) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the creator of GrayCalc and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

8. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of the Service operator, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
